With a professional background that includes attending cosmetology school at Paul Mitchell the School of Indianapolis and a remarkable 10 years of experience behind the chair, Ainsley brings an abundance of expertise to her clients. As of 2023, she also serves as a dedicated Cosmetology Educator at the Aveda Institute Phoenix.
Ainsley has honed her craft and developed unique skills and talents that set her apart in the industry. As a Blonding Specialist, she possesses the expertise to create stunning blonde looks, from sun-kissed highlights to platinum perfection. Additionally, she is Brazilian Blowout Certified, enabling her to deliver sleek, frizz-free results that leave her clients feeling fabulous.
Outside of the salon, Ainsley has a diverse range of interests and hobbies that contribute to her vibrant personality. She is a dedicated gym rat, finding joy and balance in maintaining an active lifestyle. As a passionate genealogist, she loves delving into family history, connecting with her roots, and discovering the stories of her ancestors. Ainsley is also a proud dog mom and an avid animal lover, fostering a deep sense of compassion and empathy.

Our salon is a super studio located inside the Palette Collective Tempe. When you arrive at our address, the building you will be looking for isn’t labeled Verbena The Salon; it is labeled Palette Collective. You will find us inside the building in Suite 7.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 50% the price of your scheduled appointment. Verbena understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled within 48 hours or for which clients are a “No-Show” will incur a charge of 50% of the service amount. Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.
